This campaign builds on our “Should I Stay or Should I Go?” call to action. The message remains the same: Europe cannot afford to lose ambitious companies because scaling across the continent remains too complex.
Now we are entering the next phase.
EU-INC AT RISK
The proposal published in March was designed to make it easier for companies to start, scale, hire and raise capital across Europe.
But key parts of that ambition are now under pressure: Regulation as the legal instrument, free choice of seat, a trusted European entry point, fast and affordable incorporation, and real usability across the Single Market.
If these and other elements are weakened, EU Inc risks becoming another fragmented solution that fails to deliver for startups.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
A strong EU Inc will only happen if policymakers hear directly from the startup ecosystem.
ENGAGE WITH POLICYMAKERS
EU Inc will only succeed if Member States back an ambitious proposal. Reach out to your national government and ask them to protect the core elements of EU Inc and resist efforts to weaken the proposal.
